Create a draw.io support zip in Confluence Server

The more information you can provide when you request support, the more it allows us to help you. If you are having a problem with draw.io in Confluence server, or a diagram is not behaving as you think it should, please create a draw.io support zip.

1. As an administrator, click on the gear icon and select General configuration to go to your Confluence administration area.
2. Toward the bottom of the left panel, click on Troubleshooting and support tools.
3. Click on the Create support zip tab, then next to draw.io Support, click on Create zip.
   
4. Once Confluence has finished create the draw.io support zip. click on Download zip.
